Apartment size fridge and gas burner range (which hasn't been used recently). And it comeslargely furnished! Neighbors are nice, campground is friendly, many folks have been there for years. Must get approval from the campground owner, and follow campground rules (see documents). Cash sale, with quick close possible, will transfer with a Bill of Sale. Once you turn right into the campground, drive stairght to Racoon Lane, turn right and the camp is on the left. The remaining seasonal fee of approx $1350 is due at closing to the campground owner.
